Silkograph rotating eddy current flaw detector

Automatic high-speed rotating eddy current testing system.

The SilcoGraph system is an eddy current testing system that automatically detects surface defects in steel materials and non-ferrous metals using the eddy current testing method. It employs a rotating probe method, where sensors (probe coils) are rapidly rotated around the test material while the non-inspected material is conveyed, allowing for high-speed automatic detection of surface defects (mainly longitudinal defects) in steel wires, rods, pipes, and other materials.

Defect mat through-type eddy current tester

Through-type eddy current testing system enabling high-speed, automatic flaw detection.

The defect detection system is an eddy current testing system that automatically detects surface defects in steel and non-ferrous metal materials using the eddy current testing method. It employs a through-type eddy current coil method, which simply involves passing the test material through the sensor (test coil), allowing for high-speed automatic testing of items such as steel wires, rods, and pipes.

Small Eddy Current Testing Device "STATOGRAPH CM+/CM"

With the use of application software and hardware such as STATOVISION, it is now possible to inspect final processed shape parts that were previously abandoned for flaw detection!

The STATOGRAPH CM+/CM is a higher model than the STATOGRAPH ECM, with the CM+ being an integrated monitor type. It allows inspections to be conducted by selecting arbitrary frequencies from multiple testing frequencies, and in addition to conventional functions such as clearance correction, it comes standard with an analog filter and a switchable, steeper digital filter. By adding application software and hardware such as STATOVISION, it has become possible to inspect final processed shape parts that were previously abandoned for testing. Furthermore, not only can it perform simple flaw detection, but it can also display the obtained flaw signals in a two-dimensional mapping format, allowing quality managers and operators to understand the surface condition of materials as visual information. This enables them to identify defects that are difficult to distinguish and conduct studies such as adjusting and examining parameters for different types and materials. Additionally, by connecting to a Wi-Fi router, it is now possible to operate parameters and monitor signals from web browsers on tablets and smartphones.
